I have a Nissan Rogue S FWD White exterior cloth tan interior with less than 3500 miles.
~2 years left on the lease @ $240 or buyout at 18500.
How do you plan on transferring the lease?

MIAMI BEACH LANDMARK CLOSING...but perhaps the doors are not.

I know it's less than an hour before Shabbos, but I wanted to get this out there before Shabbos, so people can make plans...

It’s always a sad day when an icon closes its doors. Since 2005, Shemtov’s / Beyond by Shemtov's has been serving the local communities as well as the masses when they’re down in Miami Beach vacationing.

We've known this for quite a while, but owner Baruch Sandhaus has officially told GKRF “it’s with a bittersweet emotions we announce that Beyond by Shemtov’s will be serving its last meals this coming Sunday evening, February 11th”

So get your last licks, or rather, food fix, of their personal pizza pies, smoothies, salads, or the extremely popular Power Bowls. Beyond will be open this Motzei Shabbos 1 hour after the Zman and Sunday at 10am till... the food runs out!

Is this the end!? Or will this be the beginning of a NEW exciting chapter!? Stay tuned....

Need to meet relationship manager in person? They give $500k+ spending ability? Would these balances also report on personal report, or shows as open credit line like a normal charge card?

You don't need to meet the manager in person although they would come to your house to discuss it with you if you want.
If you give business and personal tax papers you can get up to 500k in credit without papers you can get up to 150k (as per my manager)

Co business cards show up on your credit report and they would show your balance on the flip side if you have a zero balance then your credit utilization will be very low cause you have a high credit and zero balance

amex charge cards show personal balances, I assume here cap1 would be no different as they report for biz cards.

What i don't understand is - how do people do it with 150k cl's? even letting more than 50/60k of that close in a month will put a solid dent in ones credit...

forget about letting a statement close with 150k... forget about your credit until the next statement rolls around.
As long as you don't plan on using your credit (opening a new card taking a loan...) That month what's the big deal to impact your credit?

Hi,

I just read the whole thread. I think the Sparks Card may be for me instead of Chase UR.  I dont get why Points are still valued so much vs 2% cash back. Its really hard to get 2% value these days on anything other than star-wood.

Do you have the contact info for the relationship manager? It would really be helpful as I need a large CL.
Pm me for the info

Anyone knows if the Machon Yerushalayim Shulchan Aruch is available somewhere in pdf? Alas, I was not able to find it.
Access to Bar Ilan would help, but it's too expensive.
It's on the otzar hachochmah I believe
