Sorry I guess I should clarify my question.

What did YOU write in a message to Amazon that resulted in you receiving credit? I am less interested in their response to you.

I ask what they can do to make the situation better... they offered me a different product for 19.99 (discounted from 49.98), i said was looking to stay at the same price, can they offer me any credit instead.. and they did. they usually are very accommodating. :)

What do you tell them to get credit on all these cancelled orders?
