Which will hurt the earned income credits of many
And help many others by bringing down their income so they fall into a lower bracket without actually making less money. And others may now qualify for the eitc if they didn't previously

Guess what cuomo, wages will go down by the exact amount of the net cost to businesses.
Of course they will, that's the point. But real take home wages will stay the same

What paragraph are you disputing? The first is pretty indisputably true; we can argue about extant and effects.
Pretty much all of it. What makes the first paragraph indisputably true? Your empirical observations? My empirical observations in my own community and family are equally valid

Here is my theory: Most married males, over time, begin to daven more often. This often occurs as they are raising kids and sending them off to school, and recognize that they should be some form of a role model if they want their kids to get up for minyan in yeshiva.

Consequently, girls grow up in a home where they see their dad davening (him having already evolved), and assume this is the norm. Hence, they expect this as a bare minimum from potential spouses, and are shocked when their husbands in their 20s/30s don't go to minyan.

However, my experience is that davening penetration in the 20s/30s group is quite low, even among people who are 'good' (for lack of a better term) people.
Maybe in your community. Not among the people I know

Just Shmooze / Re: In Judaism are men or women more observant?

Does he say that to women or not? It makes a big difference?
I've heard it being said both ways. The Gemara seems to side with women having more influence over their husbands' level of observance

So that men (besides henche) shouldn't have input?
Is henche the only man on imamother?

This sounds more like an imamother discussion

Credit Cards / Re: Amex F/R Master Thread

Just got a call that my business cards are under FR. I didn't actually speak to the rep beyond him informing me of the fr, as I told him I would call him back later when I had more time. I've had multiple FRs before that affected all my cards, personal and business, but he did state that in this case it was business only and they would be looking for business info from me.

What info should I expect they will ask for? Any business profit I make is included on my personal return, and is not that significant (although my total income on tax return should be enough to pass FR)

Interestingly enough, my business cards don't actually appear to be frozen right now

I do strength and high intensity interval training 30-60 min 4-5x/wk.
Unfortunately more in theory than in practice. Last time I actually did it was a few months ago
