any status for flights on the 25th from TXL to JFK?
If it's on JFK-TXL route most likely canceled. check if you received an email today from air berlin. you can also check it on British airways website.

I had no luck re-booking, agents say there is no agreement with partner airlines and they can only process the refund.
Did anyone actually re-book?

Got today official notice of cancellation from Air Berlin.

"Dear passenger,
Unfortunately, the flight you booked will not operate. We apologize for any inconvenience.
We regret we are unable to offer you a suitable alternative for your service.
If you bought your ticket on or after August 15th 2017 on airberlin.com, you will automatically be refunded the
full ticket price to the form of payment on file. For the refund, you will receive a cancellation invoice.
For tickets bought before August 15th 2017, reimbursement is not possible for insolvency reasons. In this case,
however, you may submit your claim for reimbursement of the ticket price to be included in the insolvency table
after the opening of the insolvency proceedings. You will automatically and unsolicitedly receive a form with
further information after the opening of the insolvency proceedings.
You will find further information on airberlin.com and in particular in the FAQ section published there.
We once again wish to apologize for any inconvenience caused by the cancellation of your flight."

All Air Berlin flights departing after Sep 25 JFK-TXL or TXL-JFK are canceled.
Flights JFK-DUS are still going (as of now)
Flights DUS-TLV are also canceled.
Seems that the only way to be rebooked will be JFK-DUS-TXL-TLV.

You can pull up your booking on British Airways site, you will see it clearly canceled.

why do you need 2 sims at once ?
US sim to view/receive calls/text to that number. Israeli sim for Data and VOIP calls.

Is there a way to forward all calls and text to Google Voice?

Sad day for MS in Israel...
All the very best methods that worked with US cards have been closed, all in one fell swoop.

$600 MS a day all gone  :(

Was literally as easy as withdrawing and redepositing cash...

Now that it is gone, can you let us know what you were doing?
