Unless this changed lately this is not correct. I had a Corp card more than 90 PD. Got sued by Amex and settled. Nothing shows up on personal credit. They need SS#s because of Federal money laundering laws.
Just a side note.
They 100% can report to your credit without a social. And a social quite often is just used to confirm its you, not to track you down in the first place.

Thanks for the info!
Just as a follow-up to this, our rep at AMEX confirmed that usage on a corporate card will not affect the employee's personal credit. However, the AMEX rep also said that if the account becomes delinquent past 90 days, then the delinquency WILL be reported on the employee's personal credit report.

Does anyone know whether this is true or not?

TIA!

Pretty sure this is correct.

if you transfer from a CFU.......  transferred to a CSP or a CIP is a value of 1.875.

Can I ask where you get this valuation?

I downgraded a Sapphire in the first year with no problems what so ever
How long ago?

I just downgraded my CSR before fee. Is there a no fee card to transfer to to keep points value? I have freedom, freedom unlimitted, saphire (reg), and an ink plus (which i was also going to cancel, fee is next month).
Nope. Maybe consider keeping the Ink plus, or you can upgrade the card when you need it.

I don't know for sure but I wouldn't want to deal with the hours required and the $ unusable for who knows how long just for 10k ur
Definitely. Just trying to figure how risky it is.

I would not use those 2k of GC spend for regular spend at all. incredibly dangerous to let them sit
Have people had problems that they couldn't get them to resolve?

YMMV
IINM. More often then not they aren't allowing, which IMO is enough to apply as if they won't allow.

Says who?
Of course not.
The recent waive of shutdowns, with dumber and dumber reasons, including "having no outside credit"

FWIW, Chase execs told me this back in 2011 that they were looking into ending this. They didn't like the gaming of moving Freedom points to mileage transferring cards, but they did like having people whole wallet being Chase cards.

Always been hotly internally debated. I'll believe it when it's official.
Doesn't seem that they like that anymore.....
Again, any reason NOT to shift the points?

That's what I was replying to. Should have bolded "because why not"

I just remembered something that makes a difference; Chase recently hasn't been letting downgrading the Sapphires during the first year, so in the calculations we have to consider all spend for the CSP after 4k as 1ppd if getting CSP SUB.

That would make:
CSP - 24K spend: 55K/4K(50K SUB+5K AU)+20K/20K= 75K
CFU - 24K spend: 72k (@3ppd)+2.5k (AU) =74.5k

So it would take about 25k non-bonus spend during the first year to come out ahead with the CFU.

AFAF I am looking to get a balance transfer card.

The card application page allows you to request a balance transfer during application process. Is  there any reason not to do this? What if you request an amount higher than the credit limit they want to give you? Will they decline or just do a smaller transfer?

(I am going with Bank Americard. The balance is with Amex so I can't do Everyday and I am not sure I should do a Chase app with high revolving balance.)
Smart call for taking the BoA card.
It generally makes not much of a difference when you put the information in, unless it's a high amount they may not want to approve you for that much. Then the will usually do the BT for a smaller amount, so why not wait and do it later

Sorry. Question is if itís trusted, ex. Same as FICO from other sources ?
It's a FICO8 that's the really deal for the most part.
