Any kosher liver in my grocery is roasted, no i do not cook it at all, some people hate it some people love it

It also depends how well your butcher roasts it, personally i like the stuff that schmears like butter Disclaimer i like מאכל בן דורסאי too...

Any you guys have a good recipe for Sautéed liver?
 Thanks (himashe recipe,not google.)

I like the liver soft so i don't cook it at all  ;)

I cook a lot of onions with 65% oil 35% water with:
Honey
Salt
Garlic powder or frozen crushed garlic
Minced garlic
Black Pepper
(Hungarian) Paprika

Cook for a long long time, remove from stove add liver.
