How to add Hebrew to your android phone

Does anyone have any clear instructions on how to install a Hebrew MENU not just font to my android phone?

To type in Hebrew just download one of the many Hebrew keyboards from the Android Marketplace.

            I'm looking to change the whole menu to Hebrew.

I dont see many ways of not installing it correctly

i tried downloading hebrew on an android and i found all the hebrew pack things but i couldnt figure out how to switch to another language once on the keyboard!

- never mind that when i put my google account into a friends new android (he didnt have an account) to download something, i figured i can sign out like iphone, BUT no, he had to reformat! - he was getting all my emails!

You need to select input bhy holding down your finger in a text box. (but first go to keyboard/languages to make sure it is setup).
