It's not about the FAKO they offer, but rather the credit reports from all 3 bureaus.

Amazon Payments is no longer an issue. You do not have to put in fake expiration and change it. All you have to do now is to set a pin before, which you can do by phone. The issue now is with GW, which did not exist before in my experience.

You mean the 3 minutes it takes to go on the automated system to set a pin? If your way works for you, so be it.

You can use it in any store. Pay $1 from the gc, then pay the rest w you reg cc.

Having a minimum is against the rules of the cc processers. Don't take no for an answer.
