The writer is Harav Gavriel Tzinner, mechaber of נטעי גבריאל. I found it after sifting through results of different searches on Otzar Hachochma. I could send you the whole PDF if you like.

פעם סיפר לי אחד שטס בחוה"מ סוכות, שהחבדיניקים ישנו כל הטיסה בשביל שלא יצטרכו לאכול, ואחרים אכלו כל הזמן כדי שלא ישנו מחוץ לסוכה.
