Broken!
« on: August 04, 2009, 05:42:14 PM »
Dan, I bought this in May 08:
http://www.dansdeals.com/archives/3733

I have it and love it! But earlier today the sound stopped coming out of the right ear bud, tho the mic just below it still works. I stupidly didn't use my Amex to buy it. Any hopes on getting Sony to replace it?

Which credit card did you use?
Next time use your AMEX!

I used a CitiBank MC. I know about the Amex...I nearly punched the wall when I went back and saw I used an MC. Never again will that happen!

There is a good chance that your Citi card has extended warranty protection, give them a call and find out.
