Well...

I tried and they said no.

Basically they told me there are 2 criteria you have to meet:

You went over your minuets (somewhat recently)
and your contract's dated from before June 08.

Well i went over my minuets, i mean thats not really an issue, but i signed up a little less than a year ago.

I dont know if anyone here can help, or had the same problem, but if so (or even if not) i'd appreciate what you have to say.

I forgot to mention that they said they'll be getting back to me within 72 hours with an explanation, ill see how this goes...

managed to get out finally - they have a new plan - easy plus or something thats $5 more than my old one and has unlimited minutes and no contract - they switched me for a $70 migration fee - as soon as i get another phone i can cancel.

so i called to cancel they said no way and sent me flying!

im really getting annoyed!!!
