Why is zevadaya yishmereini in the chabad siddur

בשער הכולל ס"פ לז פירש בדברי אדה"ז, שכאן מבטאים בפה את שם המלאך "זבדיה" כיוון שהוא גם שם-אדם בתנ"ך (עזרא ח,ח ועוד). אך העיר ע"ז ב'סדור רבינו הזקן עם ציונים ומקורות' עמ' תפא: א) אין איסור לבטא שם מלאך במסגרת תפילה. ב) במקור הדברים, משנת-חסידים מסכת ר"ח פ"ב מ"ו-ז ובסידורי ר' יעקב קאפיל ור' שבתי, לא נמצא שהכוונה כאן למלאך, אלא זהו שמו של הקב"ה היוצא מהפסוק 'ואברהם זקן' (רק בס' אמרי פינחס השלם, מהרה"ק ר' פינחס מקאריץ נ"ע, אות תנא, כ' שהוא שם מלאך). ג) לפי הכוונה ע"פ קבלה שנתבארה במשנת-חסידים, יש לבטא את הב' ד'זבדיה' בקמץ, ולא בפתח כניקוד השם המופיע בתנ"ך (עיי"ש). ומשער שאולי בשל כך לא ניקד זאת אדמו"ר הזקן [כל אמירה זו אינה מנוקדת, אבל אם היה צורך בניקוד תיבת 'זבדיה' כפי המתאים ע"פ קבלה, היה מנקד אותה]. ולפ"ז יש להחזיר את המצב לקדמותו כמו שהוא בסידור תורה אור וכו', שם תיבה זו אינה מנוקדת.

Its in back of car service. 99.9% it's from a passenger. Is it considered חצירו if the public uses it ?

Mishna says (almost sure its a mishna) when found in a store, that is a public place, if found right in front of the register then its not allowed to keep because its probably the store keepers.
Please verify again as i learned it like 5 years ago and don't have a TimT memory

Why not use the same value as you would for the chicken in money?
 Seems to be the most fair way?
