Haircut/nailcutting is forbidden from shkiya ?
I assume you mean the custom of those who go with R Yehuda Hachassid. Yes that would be from nightfall. Don't think you need to be machmir about the exact second of shkia though, but that may be a kalte litvak type of answer.

Rosh Chodesh. So as long as I start the haircut a minute before shkiya I could go all night :)

I didn't say that, but considering that a haircut shouldn't take all that long you should be okay.

why not? It's all based on a mirsas and chashash chiluf. Theoretically if you have a fleishig place which no Bishul akum or bedikas Toila'im concerns and all orders are checked in by Mashgiach it might work. Also keep in mind that Mashgichim need to use the bathroom.

No leave it open and get the wound infected. Worst case the person dies and you bury them.  ::)

What's the shaila?

I could put the sock on top of the gauze without tape. Question is if I’m allowed to tape down on shabbos.

its should be like any other band-aid, where you could do it only without wrapping the band-aid around itself

Q. One is not permitted to eat before hearing Havdalah. If one forgot to recite Havdalah in Kiddush and must wait until after Maggid to recite Havdalah, how can one eat the Karpas?

A. The Shulchan Aruch Harav (473:7) writes that in this scenario, since one cannot recite Havdalah until after Maggid, one may eat the Karpas even without having said Havdalah. The Mishnah Berurah (Beiur Halacha 473, s.v. Od) writes that if one has not yet eaten the Karpas, perhaps it is better to recite Havdalah (before Maggid) and then eat the Karpas, because eating before Havdalah is a clear violation, while adding an additional cup is a matter of dispute among poskim. However, he leaves the question unresolved. The Kol Dodi Haggadah quotes Rav Moshe Feinstein, zt”l who held that in this case, since one is forbidden to eat without making Havdalah, one should in fact recite Havdalah before eating the Karpas.

I want to throw away (rather than sell) all my real Chometz. Questions: Are the following items Chometz?
1. A box or sealed container of (dry) barley?
2. A box or sealed container of (dry) bulgur grains?
3.  A box or sealed container of (dry) instant oatmeal? I think the latter is Chometz because I assume it was already processed....
