You're wrong about the Halacha. Second, in a 12oz latte there would have to be about a qtr oz of traif mixed inside there.  I'm done.
I stand by it and will try to remember to come back with sources. To give a goy a treifa pot and ask him to cook macaroni for you in it is certainly bitul lichatchila even though he has no understanding of the bitul that is happening.

Your calculation of shishim is totally wrong. There would need to be shishim against the treifa vessels used. They need to be assumed to be completely saturated since any treifa item would be subject to chanan in addition to the fact that they are used over and over again which keeps building up the amount of tarfus embedded in the vessel. Considering that they cook basar bichalav chanan would apply to sfardim as well.

Will cooking by a non-Jew, in a jews utensils, render the utensils nonkosher? and does it matter if it needs Bishul Yisroel

If it is something which requires bishul yisroel then the utensils need to be kashered. If not then it depends if there is a concern of their cooking nonkosher. THe threashold for such a concern is quite low but there are various potential heterim as well. if that is the case then AYLOR.

THis is explicit in Pri Megadim Sifsei Daas 103;14 at the end and more or less bifeirush a gemoro which he brings. I am pretty sure it is also a Rashba in Toras Habayis, but I need to look that up first.

It is there very explicitly.

The PMG does regarding this aspect. Do you have any source that argues? It is more or less bifeirush a gemara. If you are referring to the Maharam Lublin and the Ridvaz they are talking about a very different case.

You also haven't addressed your miscalculation of shishim.

The Starbucks heter is that it's store policy to wash the coffee equipment separate from the tarfus, plus the water coming into coffee bowl is only kli sheini.

The cheshbon above has nothing to do with bitul, making this not relevant.

Furthermore, the star K allows only items that are totally cold /made in disposable/only keilim used is the espresso machine, IINM.

It needs to be eino ben yomo even if not done together.
to mideh all ha'emes I need to say I completely forgot about the REM"a in 452. Where he clearly says the minhag is not to kasher any kli Ben yomo. (Mg"a is also very clear) based on  the mg"a svara it's a peleh that any hashgacha allows kashering Ben yomo keilim With a poigem in direct contradiction with the rema . (Though the chazon ish allows it)

The chazon ish is not a daas yochid.

who else holds like that? R' Moshe has a teshuva regarding a pasteurizer where he says to kasher twice. But who else holds to kasher lechatchila with a poigem? Besides most contemporary hashgachos.

A recent Google Express order showed delivered based on tracking (said that it was left on front porch) but was nowhere to be found. Contacted GE for refund (they offered to reship, but items were needed sooner). After refund was issued my UPS driver who delivered something else said he saw a box addressed to us on a front porch (where there's a boarded up entrance!) half a block away. Seems like (the ever incompetent) FedEx transposed some digits of my address.

Am I supposed to report to GE that package was now found?

Probably not too helpful for your question, but I had one or two orders marked as delivered that never made it to me. One of them was jewelry for my wife. When I chatted amazon for a refund (wasn't available anymore to re-order), the rep explicitly said if it comes, do what you want with it. A week later it arrived. My wife doesn't mind jewelry gifts, but free jewelry gifts? That was the best present ever. ;D

I just had the same thing this week. Twice. I never had issues before.
