Does anyone know if this lashon was in ToS last time?: "The certificate is not transferable and any attempt to transfer the certificate including sale, change or auction is a violation of the Terms and Conditions of the Membership Rewards program. "

Last time they started giving out rebates by the end of promo, so this will probably be here the same situation.
