When reporting a new offer please post here http://forums.dansdeals.com/index.php?topic=49544.0

To take advantage of an Amex offer, first save the offer to your card, then do the spending. There are a few ways to save offers to your card; http://www.amexoffers.com/ has links to most of them. Depending on the offer and depending on your Amex card, it may be available via none, one or more than one of these methods:

americanexpress.com web site
Log into the americanexpress.com web site. If you get the new version of the site, scroll down to Amex Offers & Benefits at the bottom of the page. If you get the old version, click the Amex Offers For You tab. You can also see on this web site which offers you already saved (even if you saved them via a method other than this web site) and which offers you already redeemed. This method is only available for Amex credit and charge cards issued by American Express.

Saving an offer on AmericanExpress.com to one of your cards will automatically make it unavailable for the rest of your cards linked to the same login. The way to get around this is by opening all of your cards in separate tabs and then saving the offer in each.  **

**Sign into different tabs?!?
Sign onto your Amex account. card #1 is on the page.  scroll to offers. note a good one.
Open  tab 2: amex.com (or with Chrome, right click on the first tab and choose Duplicate) > you are already logged in.> go to my accounts > click on card #2  on the top of the page. scroll to offers. check for same good offer.
Open tab #3. repeat as for tab #2. Repeat as necessary.
THEN: on tab #1 - click 'save' .  Then on tab #2 click 'save' . Then on each tab.
If you so desire: check on each card's 'saved offers' to check that it's there.

This link should take you to the Amex old layout,
which is much easier to scroll down through all the offers.

Amex® Mobile app for iPhone®
This method is only available for Amex credit and charge cards issued by American Express. The login is the same as for the americanexpress.com web site.

Social media
The social media options are available even for cards that cannot have an americanexpress.com login, such as Bluebird, Serve and Amex cards issued by Citi, USAA, PenFed, Bank of America, etc. For social media, first sync your card to your social media account, then save the offer. If you unsync your card after you save the offer, the offer remains saved and you can still subsequently spend and get the credit. Unsync here: https://sync.americanexpress.com/unsync/Index

Facebook
Sync here: https://apps.facebook.com/amexlinklikelove/?extlink=syncHome
To save offers for which there is no Twitter hashtag to cards that cannot have an americanexpress.com login, this may be your only option. After your card is synced, you will see the available offers. You can also see the offers you already saved, even if saved using another method.

Twitter
Sync here: https://sync.americanexpress.com/twitter/Index
If you do unsync and resync multiple cards on the same Twitter account you must change the tweet slightly each time like:
#Amex???
#Amex??? 1
#Amex??? 2
And so on

Dedicated web site for enrollment
Some Amex offers, most notably Small Business Saturday, but also NYC Restaurant Week, Home Depot, Amazon and DirecTV, offer a dedicated web site where you could enter your card information to enroll.

For Bluebird/Serve cards
Amex offers can be saved to the primary account (but not Family Accounts) via the bluebird.com web site. Go to Plan & Manage > Amex Offers. Amex offers can also be saved to the primary account (but not Family Accounts) via the Bluebird mobile app.

Did anyone use the spend $50 on Amazon.com and get 2000 MR and not receive a confirmation e-mail, but still get the bonus points?

I made a $100 purchase on Amazon yesterday and never received any e-mail.  The offer is still in my "Added to Card" list.

Chat support said it can take up to 90 days, but it still seems strange that I haven't even received a confirmation e-mail.

Got the $100 off $500 ritz on all MR earning cards...seems off though because it states purchases must be made through ritzcarlton.com but no hotel charges your card through online or before time of stay...am I missing something?

New Lowe's offer ... I don't see it on ANY of my cards, and I don't know anyone that has seen it in real life. Anyone?
DOC had some comments on his post that claimed to have gotten it.

Update: Never received any confirmation e-mail, and today the offer disappeared from my added offers and didn't show up in Savings/Redeemed offers.  The points posted about an hour ago, so no need to worry if this happens to you.

That's pretty much the ONLY place I've seen confirmation. Not sure if that's good enough, maybe they're misremembering the previous Lowe's deal (that many many people, including me, had).

Thanks for confirming!

Do you recall if those cards had the previous Lowe's offer? And if the previous offer was used on those cards?

My Amex Offers have disappeared on all cards, except for those already added to the cards.  In the app, I just get a message saying "Our System is not responding. Try again later" when trying to view Offers.  Ideas?

Yeah that ended up being the solution.  My wife's AU card still had offers (different login) so I called up to investigate.  They confirmed that there's account-specific maintenance going on and all offers should be back in 24-48 hours.  Would have been nice to let me know...
