There were a lot more but shorter speeches, lot more was on video, people spoke from different places in the hall, also the order of the program was different.

" also the order of the program was different." the order was also different than the posted schedule. (i.e. Thailand speaker came after Temecula, etc...) Overall, quite smooth and inspiring.

It was more powerful, personal, and emotional than any I've experienced previously. Switching from grandiose keynotes to raw stories made it so.

At the beginning, yes. The only way to stop Shluchim dancing is to just play a video of the Rebbe!

Yes, real individual and personal stories. Very powerful. Standing ovation of 5,000 people in the entire room for Rabbi Yitzi Hurwitz was moving, too.

It wasn't a schedule per se rather a list of the speeches and videos that will happen throughout the event.
