The anash kinnus is the retreats they make.  Like the summer jli.
And the nshei for the women.

Though i guess that those are pretty pricey and not exclusively for anash, its also for community members

Yeh very few Anash are there, mostly Chabad Balabtim from Shluchim, was there two summers.

Dunno the inner Chabad politics, but a new MC wouldn't kill the program. Its basically the only weak point.
