To signup for credit cards you can click here or on the “other credit cards” tab on top of the DansDeals logo banner to view links for card offers. Then just click on the link to “View all card offers by issuing bank” and scroll down to view all card offers from the bank of your choice.

For those who want to churn and/or want to get the bonus without paying the annual fee: Wait until the A/F gets charged, pay it off with the rest of the bill, and the sign-up bonus will post (at the end of that billing cycle). Then call to close the account and ask to be refunded. They can't charge an A/F for a card you aren't using. You will not lose the miles once they are in your US Airways account.

It seems that if after you use the card you just let it sit unused for a couple months, they will then email you with a targeted offer for 15,000 more points for spending $750 a month for three months.

How do they identify which card is the primary?

AFAIK, they don't waive the baggage fee by showing them the card, the itinerary has to be booked with the same ffn as the primary card and when it is, a message or something will appear to let the agent know not to charge the fee, if the primary's ffn isn't on the itinerary you won't get free bags.
Please correct if I'm mistaken.

Just got my AF waived yesterday but I don't see it reflecting online, does it take some time?

HAs anyone got the annual fee waived on the current offer recently?
I am sometimes accused of overthinking things. I am still mulling over whether that accusation has merit.

I'm not sure what you mean by current offer but...

I PUTPAC, told Relationship Mgr that I thought I saw on the app page 1st yr AF waived. She spent about 5 min looking for notes on the account, came back negative, and proceeded to open a ticket on the matter. Gave me a case # and said I should hear back in 7-10.

Sometime later,  I saw a statement credit for $89.  And that was after being told no on the phone and via twitter.  Good luck!

It can be if you do it right. Search the DDMS. They have such offers periodically, Dan posted about it.

So, I called up and told them about the letter and that I don't have the card-just the arrival. He asks if he can pull my report ad comes back and says that the system does that sometimes .he  can only approve by transferring the line from the arrival because I didn't use it . Success!

I downgrade my wife's account - they said the only option is to the no-fee us airways. Will they let her get the regular one again, or will they consider it the same product?

I left FFN blank and they assigned a new number automatically.

If you're referring to your online profile than no, it won't make a difference, even if you'll remove it from there they'll still be able to see it in their system.

Don't risk it, I don't think it's worth it.
It just takes 2 mins to create a new one.

I had two accounts, - same name - both had just about the signup bonus in it, and they merged it no problem after sending an online request.

I saw on the plane a 50K offer, do you think they will honor it on my recent sign up?
