Saw it on foursquare, after checking in on foursquare if I spend $10 in several participating small businesses with my synced amex then I get a $10 credit. A few kosher places near me are participating.

you should be to checkin from your computer at m.foursquare.com (find the venue 1st in foursquare regular, then add the 'm' to the url)

You can check in without a phone but I dont see how you can load your card and then I am not sure you will get your credit

I misread it, where it says starting today I thought it just said today. sorry for the confusion. Not sure how long it will last for though.
