Any way to know if rental location will accept the premium class certs for minivan rentals?

It would depend if you're paying partially w/o the coupons, if yes you have a chance. ( Btw if you want Credit Card coverage you will need to pay partially as well )

Make a regular car rental reservation with a good cc (sapphire) and only give in the certs when you return the car (assuming nothing happened to the car).

I would like to use some in Germany/ Switzerland. From this thread, it seems that these certificates would be valid in Europe. However, pursuant to the fine-print listed on this certificate (http://www.ebay.com/itm/Avis-car-rental-FREE-DAY-COUPON-/172280054589?hash=item281cb1033d:g:XskAAOSwZVlXkOzv), it would seem that the certificate may only be used in USA or Canada. Can anyone confirm one way or the other?
