My county renewal was stamped and mailed in before the date required by jersey care. I even did return receipt with the green postcard as suggested by the lrrc, and have their signature that they received my packet.
A week after my required submission i get a letter from them that we are being terminated, because i "didn't send in my application!"
1-How do i go about resolving this? On the one hand i have the green postcard showing that they have my application, but they want to terminate me because i didn't send it in??
2-They are are always months behind in sending you a letter telling you that you are reapproved, so what is this gotcha moment, where less than a week after it was due they are running to tell you that you are being terminated? If they are too busy to check every piece of their incoming mail from a week or 2 ago, how can they rush to send out termination letters? (All the more so that thankfully i have return receipt)
What are my options now?
