Chase $300 cash bonus for business checking?

I just received an offer in mail to open any CHASE BUSINESS CHECKING and get $300 bonus for deposit of $5k or more.

 it has the coupon code but says "JUST BRING THE ATTACHED $300 NEW ACCOUNT CASH BONUS TO ANY CHASE BRANCH, and we will help you open the account that's best for you, or give us a call at 1800-chase-24.

I currently have 2 existing personal chase checking but I don't have any business.

It looks like I can't open the account online, what should i  say to the rep at chase branch when i open  a chase business checking?

is it going to be hard ?
 Will they do credit pull on this?

What should you say? How about "Hi, I'd like to open a business account"?
Mixed results on hard/soft pull.
Many bankers will just let you open, even without a TIN/EIN.
If you live in NY (idk law in other states), you can just open a Sole Prop with your legal name, and then you can open biz accounts without a DBA (Doing Business As).

You mean all they will ask you is the same a biz cc app asks you?

1) If by they you mean Chase, then basically yes. They may ask questions about the size of your biz and the frequency of transactions etc, but I just tell them that in all honesty it is a brand new business, which it is
2) If by maintain you mean to not have to pay monthly fee, I think as long as you have $15k in Chae account collectively then you get it for free, but it has been a little while.

So in essence, there is activity in the Chase business department (the biz cc) just not in the actual bank account, and that's enough to make the account stay open?

PS. you don't pay monthly fees for having such a small balance?

I actually brought in a print out from the NYS website as poof that I did not need one any time I went to open an account. I think I actually needed to use it only once though.
