Buissness checking accts. & getting arrested.

I want to open a chase buissness acct.

They said in order to open one u need to have a dba.

I can get a dba from county clerk for 10 bucks.

I want to make sure that by doing that I won't get in trouble by the irs cia fbi or other goverment agency.

Has any one done this?

 very true the main thing is to stay away from names that have Corp or Inc as that means you have Incorporated the biz and will then need to supply a Biz ID tax # and other Corp papers

Just do it in a branch and tell them what your business is (ebay sales, etc.).  It has never been a problem in my experience.
