Think of Moving?

Airports:
  • CLE is about 15 minutes from downtown and 25-30 minutes from the Jewish community.  It's a focus city for Frontier, Spirit, and United.
  • The RTA (Rapid transit train) at Brookpark station has free parking and is just 1 train stop (3 minutes) to the stop inside the airport. The train costs $2.50 and the schedule is here: http://www.riderta.com/routes/redline/schedules/current#WestboundWeekday
An uber from Brookpark station to CLE is about $10.
  • Uber between the Jewish community and CLE is about $30.
  • CLE off-site parking is about $9/day, on-site parking is $17-$22/day, and curbside valet parking is $35/day.
  • CAK is ~40 minutes from the Jewish community and located nearby the NFL Hall of Fame.
  • Uber between the Jewish community and CAK is about $45.

Hotels:

  • The nicest hotel in Cleveland is like the Ritz-Carlton downtown. Marriott's Metropolitan at The 9 is also highly regarded, with a bar in an old vault. There is also a Hilton, Westin, and Kimpton downtown.

Transportation:
  • There is a subway/light rail connecting the airport with downtown, University Circle (where the Case campus and many museums are) and the Jewish community area, but renting a car is pretty much required unless you are just going between the airport and downtown.

Is there a Sephardi shul with daily minyanim in CLE?

Is tuition basically free for all of your children regardless of amount of income earned?
Why would tuition be free in Cleveland?
What time is shacharis in chabad Tom?  Any mikvahs open?  Times? Anything happening tonight for gimmel tammuz?
Thanks
7 and 8am. Mikva should be open.

Not sure about gimmel tamuz

The Hertz in Beachwood recently got a new manager and at least one new employee, very nice people, you shouldn't have any problems with corporate codes. Idk about enterprise.

Adam's barbershop on Warrenville, he knows about peyos and everything but it's good to just give him a reminder before he starts that you just want scissors in certain areas or whatever.

Assuming this is the right place for this question - my 6 year old and myself have a 3 hour 20 minute stopover in 2 weeks on a domestic stopover at CLE (don't ask), is the Airpsace Lounge still open and available for all Amex Platinum cardholders and guests? Easily accessible on a stopover (don't have to clear security again)? Any Kosher food there?

Thanks.

It's open, don't have to clear security, no kosher food in CLE afaik unless you Uber food from a restaurant for around $25.

Enjoying our second meal in two days at Kantina.  All dishes very solid. Kantina burger, pulled brisket, schnitzel fried steak and more.  The desserts were excellent, especially apple crisp and cookies and cream shake. Photos of a few desserts attached.

did you happen to try their felafel balls? Hoping that they're more Israeli style now...

Yes, that was probably the only dish I had that was not great. Vegetable balls would be more accurate.

I was trying to figure it out -- they were tasty ball shaped items, but definitely not felafel tasting...  ;)
