Last summer I had AA award booking for me and my family (baby and small kids) PHL-TLV in Businesses.
The flight got cancelled due to maintenance,
They re-booked me without asking into economy the next day with BA with a stop in London
They didn't want to give us any taxi vouchers or hotel vouchers
We didn't have ksml on our flights
We had to repack our luggage as they were 70lb. and I lost my prepaid hotel reservation.
After going back and forth by email the only thing AA gave is $200 voucher per passenger, anyway to get them to give something more?

From the following United document it looks like that it applies also when flying to Israel
https://www.united.com/web/format/pdf/travel/destination/international/Notice-for-customers-traveling-to-or-from-Israel-English.pdf
Quote
Notice of Your Rights for Flights To and From the State
of Israel in the Event of a Flight Delay, Cancellation or
Denied boarding; or your Seat is Downgraded
How do I file a Israeli aviation complaint?

Filed a complaint to TK, bec. there was a guy ( an Arab nonetheless ) who kept on walking up, and down the aisle, getting things from his backpack, and to talk to his wife, during taxi, and takeoff.
Plus the guy started walking off the flight, with his wife and kid, bec. he was pissed that the FA kept on changing his family's seat - bec. he was to dumb to realize where his real actual seat was - thus delaying the flight for 10-15 min.
TK only thanked me for my feedback, w/o compensation.

United offering $150 to be bumped for a later flight. Worth it?

That depends on a whole lot of factors. If it makes no difference to you then it should be worth it

My wife & I had broken plates on-route JFK-LAX in F, they gave us each 10k AA miles.

They at least refunded you the difference in points?

I had a suitcase wheel broken off by UA, on flight EER-VCE.
The rep. is telling me that since VCE wasn't my final destination - I had a 3 day layover in VCE - and I flew TK to Israel, that according to their interline agreement, TK has to pay for the luggage, even though it broke on the UA flight.
Is this true, or DROPR ?
