Flew UA EWR-BRU was delayed by 6 1/2 hrs due to weather/maintenance, then cancelled due to maintenance. Was placed on brussels airlines the next day from JFK. However, my bags weren't released, because the missing baggage counter was closed for the night. I was given a choice to either A) come and retrieve my bag from newark in the morning' B) fly the next day without my things,when I arrive in brussels put in a missing bags claim and they will then send the bags to brussels. My bags arrived 2 days later. Is this a DOT complaint case or should I just write an email complaint to united?

Why not get NKS or use one of your POM meals and have them heat it up for you? Wouldn't that be better than whatever they serve?

You get it from POM but they ship.I am pretty sure you do not have to go to the store
