Just login to your AmEx account and you'll see the bonus is hard-coded into the xfer.

Beware of fuel surcharges. Though, with the 50% Flying Blue promo, may not be half bad.

@dan on the main site, you say that you can get up to a 60K point advance from amex. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought that was only for Platinum card holders, any other amex will only get you 15K, and starwood would barely get you anything?
