What does the cc billing address have to do with the rebate mailing address? Do you think they check the rebate mailing address to see if it matches the billing address?

No only the one that goes that actually uses the UR mall will get the bonus points

he will receive the base points since the spend was on his card

If the cardholder asks for the bonus points chase will probably give it, but that would be wrong

Possibly on a one time basis. I have got a 7500 credit for an order that wasnt credited... I called a different time for a 2500 credit and they told me that it could take up to 45 days... and they cant issue another customer service credit

I just checked my URM numbers and noticed a negative 160 pts. It is supposedly for an online return to BN.com when in fact I never returned anything I only cancelled the membership before the trial period was over.

I had the exact same thing happen. Called in and the CSR looked at my activity and confirmed there was no refund and so she manually added back the points.
