i bought a carpet shampoo machine that broke within two weeksand the company hasa return policy but refused . its now 2 and ahalf months since the purchase date, what should i use return/purchase protection, or insurance/warranty

Actually is may not be so Hassle Free. I have filed a claim for a broken fridge, and they've asked for Repair Estimates, as well as all purchase receipts... They also have said it may take up to 2 weeks for a decision... May be fair, but it is a hassle.

I recently had my easiest claim on my Amex Blue for an eBay purchase, I called to file that my $130 GPS is playing up, and 24 hours later I saw a full credit on my account, and a day later I received an email saying my case is now closed. I did not have to send in anything!
