Doesn't Amex cover that, should be an option when filing a claim, return protection has that for sure.

I thought return protection is only within 90 days?
If it's not free shipping it's not worth it.

It is, but they cover return shipping, so I was thinking extended warranty may also

I created a claim for my dell xps laptop and Amex asked me for a Repair Estimate from an authorized facility per the Original MFG Warranty. Anyone know of a good shop in brooklyn. Can't seem to find any dell authorized facilities

Bought a phone a year and a half ago on my SPG, and closed it recently...phone broke, and they denied the claim because account is closed. Their response seems to say I can re-open the account and then it would be covered? Anyone familiar with this?

Any other options?
