Looking: Cheap LLC formations

I am looking to open an LLC, anyone have any good and cheap way of doing it?

P.S. It`s my first LLC I would appreciate all tips and ideas.

I actually did it through my accountant  for $450 but I was recommended http://www.vcorpservices.com. I think they are based in Monsey, from what I remember it's $250 and you can speak to someone.

I've used vcorp (formerly the Incorporator), but it was much more at the time ($700+ for NY), they were very good and quick. In NY you needed two classified ads, which were where most of the frees went, not sure this is still a requirement.

Is that without legal fees. I think LZ total for NJ is $275. I called VCorp and they charge $280, I think I'm going to use them as they are Jewish.
