The thought occurred when playing scratch offs, but I looked at it for others as well. I knew the chances were slim that nobody noticed it, so I didn't really spend too much time on it. One time, I actually bought 100 of the $1 scratch offs, just for kicks. I guess I was feeling lucky.

I think B&B did the right thing with the letter.
They admitted their mistakes, take shame in what happened, and promise to stop allowing these events in the future.

What exactly is your issue?

Its a PR nightmare, hire a firm to write a proper letter. Thats all.
