Not changed in law school. Question is regarding grade appealed in Yeshiva.
I am sometimes accused of overthinking things. I am still mulling over whether that accusation has merit.

Any one skilled in the art of scholarship negotiation want to weigh in? Chicago offered me 25k/year and would love to get Columbia to at least match. Should I preemptively send in my offer now or wait for them get back to me first as well as hear back from the rest of the schools I applied to?

I'd do it now.  Can always go back later.

Do I run the risk of Columbia offering me lower than they would have?

Of course.

You also run the risk that TLS is correct that the schools have a budget of financial aid, and once it's used up, it's much harder to get.

Thanks! One more question.  Should I wait to hear back from NU regarding $$$ (should be this week)or don't even bother as they are not exactly peer schools?

I think University of Chicago and NU see themselves as peer schools, and that UC would take seriously that you might go to NU if the money is right.

Not sure if you're being sarcastic or not, but basically got a grade that I thought was much lower than what I deserved and throughout the semester felt that the professor had some personal vendetta against me for some reason (it was a seminar). Arranged a conference call with the dean of students and professor and basically said (in a respectful way) that I felt like the professor was just trying to leave his mark on my transcript and that it was uncalled for and juvenile of him. Grade changed.

I'm flabbergasted.  If I were that professor, I'd have felt like you were backing me into a corner, and would have done everything I could to justify the grade initially given.  I mean, by changing your grade, s/he was essentially admitting you *were* treated differently.

As much as you deserve props for standing up for yourself (I, too, had a grade changed in law school), I think the prof deserves more.

I absolutely backed him into a corner, and it took about 30-40 minutes for him to give in. Every time he tried justifying the grade, I had a response. I had his last three years of grade distributions, exact wording from his syllabus describing the grade calculation, multiple examples of how he treated me differently compared to other students, etc. I brought the house. He ended the call by asking me if I'll be in litigation when I start practicing because it seems to be my strength.  ;D

Offered 150k at Northwestern. I already send Columbia my Chicago offer of 75k. Should I send Columbia this offer as well or should I try to go NU>>Uchicago>>Columbia or just directly to Columbia?

Good deal
You would take Northwestern at 150 over Chicago(and let's say Columbia) at 75? Any of you experienced Big law guys want to chime in as well?
