200,000 priority club points flight to israel

I need a flight to Israel in around 3 months the only available option to me at the moment is to use priority club points 191,000 in this case does anyone have any recommendations how to get a, flight to israel for less points the transfer rate to most airlines is 5 to 1 I have to be in Israel on march 3rd. thank you in advance.

Even if you have them anyway, hotels are a better value (if you staying at the hotels at all). If you need to buy them at $60 per 10k, then your flight will cost a little more then if you just pay cash (sometimes much more). The best value on them are Point breaks, where you get a room for 5k.
