1- call DL and buy 1000 miles (the min amount they sell)
2- stay at a Hotel you belong to and chose DL miles instead of the Pts. Or stay at a Hilton prop and you can get both try
www.roomsaver.com for a Hampton Inn near you make sure you join Hilton 1st and get a # from them but I think buying 1000 miles will be cheapest
3- rent a car for the day and give them you DL #
these 3 will get in into the acct within a week usually, there are others such as buying something off DLs shopping partners but probably wont get credited till next yr then youd hav eto go thru the hassles of having them reinstate them.
I think buying 1000 miles from DL is probably the best, depending on how much DL wants.
