ETA: Do you mean I can enter a BA record locator into AA.com and it'll pull up the reservation?

I am asked to update my profile every time I log on to my ba account. Anyone else have this or know how to avoid this annoying process.

Correct. In the past you had to call or go on finnair.com ( which Btw doesn't work anymore) What did you think it meant?

That's what I figured, but since it didn't work for me I thought maybe you meant that when you pull up the reservation using the AA record locator it'll show the BA record locator as another piece of information.

I just tried it again, and it works....

Go here https://www.aa.com/reservation/findReservationAccess.do

Enter your name and BA locator number. That's all, it pulls up.

ba.com is known to be bad like that.
Call ba and tell them it's available on AA at saver award.

Or try playing around with ba website.
Example:search a day before or after and then move to ur desired dates

That's an AS route folks, basics...

Regardless they suck... A few days ago there was an AA flight available in J JFK-LAX and BA showed nothing  I HUCA'd 10 times and nothing! I ended up booking F. F did show up.

Figured it's the regular ba.com problem of not showing availability
