Getting around Norton Internet Security
« on: June 13, 2008, 01:30:09 PM »
In order for me to view the ads on the side and top of Dansdeals.com I have to shut off Norton Internet security (06).  This happens with other sites as well.  Would anyone know how to allow the ads  with Norton on.

I have a solution. Get rid of it, it's garbage anyway, if you want real security, go within firefox and and get NoScript. Now that's a hell of a good program.

Wow, thanks man. I appreciate it.

To whoever uses NoScript: it's a bit difficult to get used to, but once you do, you are set.
