FLL - car rentals
« on: December 31, 2009, 01:23:01 PM »
I will be in FL for the second week in march. Looking for a good rate out of FLL for the 7th to 15th. Full size, suv or minivan required. Rates I am getting are astronomical. Anyone have good coupons/rates for the in-terminal car rental companies?

Thanks!

name your own price does not work when prices are so high.

Whats ur budget? through hotwire a full size comes out to bout $330 for the week $30 a day! thats not to bad, and in the airport it is usually easy to upgrade for minimal pricing, or you can buy and free upgrade on ebay im sure for like $5-10. good luck!

its 240, but than they add in fees, tax, more airport fees, = 330.
What i know some people do, rent a car when u come in, if your going to be by someone for the weekend, return the car on fri and have them drive you to the airport when u go back. But that just depends on your situation. Good luck though! U can return the car to your local neighborhood location for no extra fee, even if you rented it in the airport, i dont know if this is the official rule, or the few people i know that did that just got luck!!
Have a great weekend, & happy New Year

Elmo, which company are you talking about?

Hertz as far as I know you could drop off at local for free
Enterprise you can't.

from my experience this will always be the cheapest just try it
just bid 30% less than the best price you find
