Chase Fairmont Credit Card

My DW has two Complimentary Dining/Willow Stream Spa Certificates ($25 each), expiring 2/29.

Trying to figure out if we can use these certificates at Copley Plaza before they expire, so a few quick questions:

1. T&C indicate that they cannot be used for alcohol, so that would rule out using them for (alcoholic) drinks at the bar, right?

2. T&C don't say anything about "one certificate per visit", so presumably we could use two of them together, at one sitting?

3. T&C don't say anything about having to be a registered guest at the hotel at the time of their use. Has anyone tried?

4. Any chance of getting a kosher breakfast at the restaurant, especially if we're not a hotel guest at the time?

5. Copley Plaza doesn't have a Willow Stream Spa...is there any other non-food use of these certificates?

6. Are these the same certificates with which Dan has procured Macallan Scotch whiskey ("Lifetime Platinum for the win ")? I ask, because all the Fairmont certificates (Premier and VISA) have T&C that seem to prohibit their use for alcohol.  So, back to Question #1, maybe we could use the certificates for drinks at the bar?

When I went to Maui they told me they'll add the certificates when I check out. So I was able to bill everything to the room then at checkout I canceled it all out with the certs.
But being that it's $25 increments I think my bill was $85 so used $100 of certs.

Just used these during a stay at the Plaza here in NY.

Can definitely be used for alcohol, notwithstanding rules.

Can be used by anyone. In $25 increments. (Buy a drink for $3.. Need to redeem a full $25 on it)

Only used for food items if there is there is no willow stream.

Can you please share any other benefits I can get when staying at The Plaza New York

Yes, DW and I had breakfast at Copley Plaza. Total bill was something like $40. They let her use two $25 certificates. Great success!

I applied for the Fairmont card and am waiting on approval. I'm hoping to book the Fairmont in Banff for the end of June midweek before the holiday weekend, any idea of how close in I can make an award night booking? What is their general award availability?

Book the room now, and when the free nights post then transfer the payment to the free room.
When you call tell them your expecting the free night voucher. This is what they'll advise to do.

I looked it up and no regular Fairmont rooms available The Fairmont gold rooms are not eligible for free nights correct? Is this is a situation that its worth it to check periodically and call them or if its gone now, its not coming back?

Can't book Gold.
Keep checking for regular Fairmont. Also search for each night separately and book it if one has space..

I reserved one night at the Fairmont Pacific Rim 

They told me to call back periodically to check for availability at either the Banff Springs or Lake Louise.
