Anyone actually been successful pulling it off though?  The suite upgrade cert certainly can be used in conjunction with the free night certs

I called several times to try to get the 3rd night free and each time I was told that you cannot do it. The third night free is only in conjunction with 2 paid nights.

Same I tried on Sunday. Depending on the time of year and location you mah be better off selling your nights then using that to pay for the two nights and then use the cert.

Can the $25 Breakfast Certificates or the $25 Dining/Willow Stream Certificates be used for anything other than their obvious purpose? If not they're pretty useless to me since I don't think they'll get me Kosher food like Hyatt would for me as a Diamond member.

Ask. And if it's charged to the room you can use the dining certificate.

Willow stream can only be used in a willow stream, which i don't think exist anywhere in the US.
The dining can be used at the bar etc

also when swapping a paid reservation for a complimentary night when do i get refunded the paid rezzy, at the time of the swap or at check-in?

Fairmont property, or 'managed by Fairmont' resort property. Should be good? Certs post right away? And as I read here, I would book with cash now and then apply certs before check in...

K I get it. That's why check 1 day at a time... So I can use the certs on the days where 'Fairmont King' room is available, and make separate reservations

When staying at a fairmont with multiple reservations, any problem combining the Willow Stream certs

I'm planning to travel solo, and want to use one of my wife's (same last name) certificates. When I called to make the reservation, I was told that if she's not travelling, I can't use them, and that even if she makes the reservation for me, the front desk will insist on seeing her and her ID before allowing check-in, which I've certainly never had with any other hotel chain. Is this in fact correct? If so, any workaround? It would be quite upsetting to show up and not get a room, and lose the certs.

My Premier status and upgrade certificates posted last week... but not the free nights.

Anyone know if I can expect the free nights to post this week?
If I call Chase and have them change the statement date to today, will the statement cut and generate the certificates? Does that make a difference?

The free nights should post very soon. Either way call Fairmont and have them book the room for you now, explain the situation to them and they will gladly work with you. I booked my rooms several weeks before having the free nights in my account. They book the room but do not charge you.
