my card was accidentally canceled. meant to take off an authorized user and chase canceled entire card. I know I won't lose my avois and I don't spend much on card- I'm thinking to just leave it canceled- Does a canceled card hurt your credit? though at this point it may be too late even if it does?

How long ago did they close it? You should be able to reopen it for at least 30 days. IMO it's worth keeping open even if you don't use it, Chase CL's aren't so easy to come by these days.

Just a couple of days ago- I don't really need the card and already earned the bonus points. Annual fee just hit, is there another reason to keep card? Any benefits to being a cardmeme r with BA? Or should I just transfer the CL? Thank you

I called and rep said they could reopen it to reinstate the CL. If I close it again after transferring the CL to another card- does it hit my credit score twice?

How can I check when the last time I received the bonus on a chase card? I believe it's past the 24 months though when I call Chase to confirm they tell me they don't see any of my closed accounts so they cannot confirm. Anyway to check?
