Chase probably didn't want to give you anymore credit. BECAUSE you already have high CL's with them.
It's very easy to move credit around. Call or SM.
I recently asked through a SM to shift a credit line and they told me that they can only do it over the phone

Nice offer received today from chase. Earn 9,000 Bonus Avios after you spend at least $9,000 on your British Airways VisaŽ Card from January 1 to March 31, 2015.
Is this a targeted offer?

It's double points for the next 9K spending.  Not mountains, but 2 months at Target if he doesn't have anything else he needs to spend on.

Shouldn't have any problem moving around credit from your other cards.

They may pull your credit to transfer a credit line if they don't have a recent copy of your report. If you just got approved then they have that copy.

Waiting for total of 36K Avios when my statement closes tonight.

25K for the part of 100k application bonus within 12 months and 9K for recent RO for spending $1500 and 2k avios for the 2k spent in last 30 days.
I also received the 9K bonus Avios offer for $9k spend for few months starting next year but will be closing the card soon! Not worth the fee and 9k  spend for 9k Avios is pathetic.  2 of us already have  have enough Avios in stock for future use

You'll get the non-signature version.
(Some differences in the card benefits, but the bonus is the same)

Don't think so. Especially if you have other cards as well.
Google Visa signature benefits.

Would it work to request the signature version to and get the sign up bonus again. Is it like switching from a master card to a visa ?
