I had an issue with a Twitter credit not posting. I SMed twice and got nowhere. I tweeted and got nowhere. I called and had it taken care of in under 3 minutes.

They responded that its limited to 1 credit per order, and that the business I bought from was located in 10007 which was not covered. On the phone they just gave me the credit no questions asked.

I was really stupid and I synced my card for the wrong bestbuy deal.  I synced for $10 back after 100 instead of 10 for spending 10.  I didn't understand why the credit didn't post so I tweeted.  The twitter dept. pointed out my mistake and said that since I was synced for the wrong offer there is nothing they could do to help me.

Through July 31st, American Express is offering a $100 statement credit on Dell.com purchases of $599 or more when you sync your eligible AmEx card with Twitter and send a short Twitter message with #AmexDell100. Must use the synced AmEx card for Dell.com purchase.
