FWI: Amazon has a policy that if you receive a package and some items of the package are missing, (for ex. user guide, etc.) you can choose to keep the item and get 20% refund. (no proof of missing item required  :-) )

Yes! That happened to me! No link, was told over the phone about the policy, and that I don't need to submit any proof. I know the OP sounds a bit unethical, so I just wanna clarify that I had missing parts from my package.

I've had a pricey electronic that was missing a cable and screw cap etc.
The 20% off was a great bonus.

You seem to always make problems to solutions without thinking before. Ban a name? You can use a false name (don't need to match the CC holder) ban address? Write your next door neighbor's address.
