FWI: Amazon has a policy that if you receive a package and some items of the package are missing, (for ex. user guide, etc.) you can choose to keep the item and get 20% refund. (no proof of missing item required :-) )

Did you try it or its another one of those things that you know forsure but never tried?

I can verify this happened to me once.
Though I don't condone the way it was presented and hope others don't follow the OP's lead.

Yes! That happened to me! No link, was told over the phone about the policy, and that I don't need to submit any proof. I know the OP sounds a bit unethical, so I just wanna clarify that I had missing parts from my package.

Aaaand... today I found out that the 20% refund policy is a big YMMV thingy. Why?? Because sometimes they'll rather give you a 33% refund!! Its amazing!

I've had a pricey electronic that was missing a cable and screw cap etc.
The 20% off was a great bonus.

You seem to always know the solutions to problems without regarding whether they'll work.
It's not just an email ban, it's a name and address ban.

You seem to always make problems to solutions without thinking before. Ban a name? You can use a false name (don't need to match the CC holder) ban address? Write your next door neighbor's address.
