So why does United say they dont collect YQ if they do?
They don't collect on award tickets.
they do collect on revenue tickets

Seems like i got bad info. LH charges YQ on UA even though UA does not charge YQ, per se. Except that I learned that UA does charge YQ its, just wrapped into their Base Fare. i.e. Looking at any flights between TLV-EWR this week on united.com and the base fare in J will be ~$5500 plus $42 in taxes. On Matrix it shows base fare of ~$5100 with YQ of $368. So why does United say they dont collect YQ if they do?
Because they award PQD for YQ.
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

Because they award PQD for YQ.
So what does that mean for me? I really shouldn't complain i paid 52k M&M plus the YQ for J nonstop. Thats almost a unicorn....which would have been the 77W

Does flyingblue collect YQ on delta ex tlv (specifically TLV-CDG-JFK). I'm asking because delta's site shows no YQ for that award.

They collect for the AF metal leg for sure.

If CDG-JFK is DL metal then no YQ

Updated one or two things in the wiki, planning a complete overhaul one of these days.

Looking to book PHL-BCN on AA metal using UR MR or TY points, what would be the best option, I find that TY to QF would be 60K +just $5.60 is this correct?
and what if I can only use UR or MR, what would be my best option?

Take a look at the options, then cross reference with wiki. Even a noob can do that. After a little time, you don't even need to check the wiki anymore.
