Most people don't fly them because you won't get premium product a availability but check BA because they have three flights a week from Gatwick and one that leaves Sunday night, which also would work if you wanted to spend the Shabbos before with a community.

Thanks. There's no availability on my dates either. But between BA YQ and not landing until Monday, it's not a great option for me.

Yeah you're right you lose the whole Sunday. I think if you want to spend Shabbos with a minyan AND want 4-5 days there the best bet would be a Motzei Shabbos flight on Turkish from Israel or a Sunday Morning flight from Singapore where you gain time and get in around noon (although others might have better ideas).

Correct. You can catch TLV-IST on a winter Motzai Shabbos and then IST-MLE at like 3AM. Have EF alert set for that. I can also go from JFK-DXB/AUH-MLE and make it Sunday afternoon (cutting Israel out of the equation.)

How many AA miles does it take? UA is only 35k one way and only one short layover in IST on Turkish. They tend to have tons of availability as well.

30k OW. Stopover is better with UA though.

FYI from lca to mle is 25k in biz on ua. A open jaw back to the US in biz would only add 45k. Is that correct?
