Hotel would keep them in the kitchen freezer. You let your butler know in the morning which meals you would like for that night/day, so that the chef can take it out and defrost it before heating it up.

We stayed at the LUX. They have a phone booth there that we used to make free phone calls home.

buy a sim card in the airport. IIRC 2 stores on the right side when walking from the intl to domestic terminal. I priced out both of them at the time. You can also can Google beforehand which one people like better. I don't recall anymore
