Some helpful tips for eliciting answers from other members:
- Keep your question short and precise. No one wants to read a megillah.
- The more questions you ask in one post, the less likely any will be answered. People are willing to answer a question or two, but if you ask all the questions that apply to your particular issue, you're expecting to be spoonfed. Members don't like holding out the spoon, so ask accordingly.

I don't know a bit the other statuses but I cancelled my plat about 6 months ago and I still have my gold status. Dunno till when.

Figured I'd post here.  A few years ago I got the BRG, then upgraded it to Plat (whoops) for the 25k MR, then downgraded it to Green, which I left open for a while (whoops again), and finally closed it in 12/14.  I'm eligible for the BRG bonus again, right?  It's been more than a year since I've had it and the Plat/Green is a different product, correct?

Also, if I do a personal and biz Gold, is it one pull or two?

i just called citi to move credit to my executive card and they said it will be a hard pull even if i close the first card down is there a way to do it without it being a hard pull? thanks!

I have done it in the past (probably just luck) but there are very reports of it not being a hard pull.
