Some helpful tips for eliciting answers from other members:
- Keep your question short and precise. No one wants to read a megillah.
- The more questions you ask in one post, the less likely any will be answered. People are willing to answer a question or two, but if you ask all the questions that apply to your particular issue, you're expecting to be spoonfed. Members don't like holding out the spoon, so ask accordingly.

Because you still have both cards. It takes 30 seconds to transfer from one to the other.

My parents flight on Lufthansa was cancelled. They were rebooked for Sunday and now they are booked in a class that earns miles on United.
I want to change their FFN to UA but when I try seeing the reservation on United all it says is flight was cancelled and to please call. Is there anywhere else I can change their FFN ?

YES. tell the broker you only want them to be transfered to an airline and NOT to someone else's account. i did that with "Sell Miles Now" - they advertise on DDMS, and they listened to me.
